This policy is short because the answer is short: we collect almost nothing, we share nothing, and we delete what little we hold whenever you ask. The details follow.
What we collect
Two things, and only two things:
- What you type into the inquiry form. Name, specialty, state, and how you prefer to be contacted — nothing is collected from the form beyond what you choose to enter. If you email us directly instead, we hold only what your email contains.
- Minimal, anonymous site analytics. We use [ANALYTICS PROVIDER — privacy-respecting, e.g. no-cookie], which counts page visits in aggregate. It does not use cookies to track individuals, and it does not tell us who you are.
This site handles no patient information. It neither asks for any nor should receive any; please do not include patient details in an inquiry.
What we do with it
Information you send through the form or by email is used for exactly one purpose: to reply to you. It is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone — not with acquirers, not with vendors, not with anyone else. You are not added to a marketing list, a newsletter, or any database beyond our own correspondence.
What we deliberately do not do
Given who visits this site, these commitments matter more than the rest of the policy:
- No retargeting pixels. There is no advertising code of any kind on this site — no ad trackers, no social-media pixels, nothing placed by an advertising platform.
- You will not be followed around the internet by practice-sale advertising because you visited this site. That cannot happen here, because we install nothing that would make it possible.
- No automated email sequences. Writing to us triggers no drip campaign and no scheduled follow-ups. A person replies, once, and the conversation goes only where you take it.
Inbound link tags
If you arrived here by clicking a link in a note we sent, that link may carry standard campaign tags (for example, a specialty label). These tell us, in aggregate, which of our materials people found useful. They are not used to build a profile of you or to trigger any follow-up.
Retention and deletion
We keep inquiry correspondence only as long as it is useful to an ongoing conversation with you. If you would like your inquiry deleted entirely — the form submission and our email record of it — write to [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will delete it. No justification is needed and none will be asked for.
Third parties
Like nearly every website, we rely on a small number of service providers to function: the inquiry form and our email are processed by [FORM/EMAIL PROVIDER], which handles that data under its own security and privacy terms. We choose providers on the basis of those terms, and we grant no provider any right to use your information for its own purposes.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. We will not weaken the commitments above and treat the change as fine print; the promises about tracking, sharing, and deletion are the point of the policy, not a version detail.
